About New River Oaks
New River Oaks is a gated mountain community surrounded by lush natural landscapes located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia, minutes from a world of activities. us to begin the development of New River Oaks in southwestern Virginia. Each of us, at different times and in different seasons, fell in love with the area which is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Parkway National Park. The area made ³our dreams a reality² by offering our families a respite from the hustle and bustle of the big city in which we work. It also gave us another place to call home where we could invite family and friends to enjoy with us a long weekend, special holidays or summer vacations. The property we now call ³New River Oaks² lies just beyond the North Carolina/Virginia state lines and is only 20 minutes from the amazing Blue Ridge Parkway. Together the New River Oaks developers share a fourteen year experience building and developing vacation communities in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The development was named NEW RIVER OAKS precisely because of it's proximity to the New River and its' abundance of beautiful trees, awesome vistas and an abundance of outdoor activities that can be experienced by young and old alike. The property abuts the Jefferson National Forest to the west and offers residents of New River Oaks a myriad of natural experiences the whole family can enjoy. The development will be built with families in mind and lots of public areas available to the owners and their guests. The lots will start at $19,900K with the most expensive being $55K. The closest airports are Greensboro and Charlotte with interstate access to either I-77 or I-81. Both airports are two hours from the development.
